Lee Teng-hui, the former President of Ta Lee Teng-hui, the former President of Taiwan,cosplayed a Japanese manga/anime character.The character is Heihachi Edajima in 'Sakigake!! Otokojuku' drawn by Akira Miyashita.

Lee Teng-hui did everything in his power for democratization and economic growth of Taiwan.He is one of the best statesmen in Asia.
